If I could go above 5 stars I would. They made both my wedding band and my husbands and made the process so simple. I struggle with having a 3.5 ring size and already tend to have a custom band, but i wanted a specific look for my wedding band with small ovals that were a 4x2 ratio. We tried many places and they just made it seem as if we were trying to align the stars but the team at Luxor made it seem as if it was the easiest request. They were able to customize the band and make it within a month as well. It was the same story for my husbands band as well, they customized a Damascus ring for him and truly made it his dream ring.

They have also designed and customized a friends engagement ring and wedding band and truly made it so simple especially because she favorited the gemstone designs.

They truly are such an easy team to work with, are great at walking you through all the steps and are VERY transparent about cost, process, and all!

Manuk and his team are the absolute best, words cannot express how amazing they are! Manuk guided me through the process of designing/creating the engagement ring and wedding bands, all in a friendly and professional atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Luxor Fine Jewelry! Manuk created the setting for my upgraded engagement ring and quoted a 2–3 week turnaround, but had it ready in just one week. The customer service is top notch, and the whole team is friendly and professional. I also really appreciated that Manuk let me be there for the actual ring setting! It made the experience even more meaningful. After wearing the ring for a few days, I realized it needed a slight resize, and he was more than happy to accommodate.
