Better than 5 stars. Manuk helped me design and improve an engagement ring for my now fiancé. He and his team we ontop of every single step of the process. They were super quick on getting me a CAD drawing of the ring and it was exactly what we talked about. They were super friendly and helpful with everything I asked or needed. I had zero understanding of jewelry walking in and they make ever step super easy and simple. Everything turned out perfect and I will for sure be back for every future jewelry purchase

If I could exceed 5 stars, I would. What began as going into a new jewelry store in our neighborhood 3 years ago, to them designing family heirlooms and finally my engagement ring. My expectations were exceeded with every item, but my engagement ring is forever my favorite piece to look at every day. Manuk and his family constantly checked in with my Fiancee throughout the process with renderings, edits, and getting confirmation every edit. I truly could not recommend the team at Luxor more. I could write a 5-paragraph essay on my love for Luxor.

If I could go above 5 stars I would. They made both my wedding band and my husbands and made the process so simple. I struggle with having a 3.5 ring size and already tend to have a custom band, but i wanted a specific look for my wedding band with small ovals that were a 4x2 ratio. We tried many places and they just made it seem as if we were trying to align the stars but the team at Luxor made it seem as if it was the easiest request. They were able to customize the band and make it within a month as well. It was the same story for my husbands band as well, they customized a Damascus ring for him and truly made it his dream ring.

They have also designed and customized a friends engagement ring and wedding band and truly made it so simple especially because she favorited the gemstone designs.

They truly are such an easy team to work with, are great at walking you through all the steps and are VERY transparent about cost, process, and all!
